Phone Number Format for Room Ready Messages

PHONE NUMBER FORMAT FOR ROOM READY MESSAGES

It is the responsibility of the FD agent checking in the guest, to verify the email AND the phone # if the guest wishes to be notified via text and/or email when their unit is ready. If the guest wishes to be notified by email, make sure that the notification selection is just “eMail” and not “Both.”

For all USA numbers they must start with a +1 then area code then the phone number.

For all countries outside of the US they need to start with + then country code then the phone number.

If you or the guest does not know the country code, you can select the country field on the guest contact info, hit F7 and type in the name. The code and name will appear on the screen.

** Please make sure that the notify by is set to text or email for the guest to be notified.
