Choose Option Cancel 0-365 Days Choose Reservation to Cancel, Verify: Cancel Reservation #XXXXXXXXX? Choose Reason: Guest Requested CXL Refund Any Fees Previously Charged? Enter Y Club Fee Screen will prompt already subtracting the 29.00 cancellation fee If Correct Enter “N” in override Fee or enter Y and correct the amount to refund Credit Card transaction Summary prompt Select Option (F7) ,Refund, Process Refund Enter Refund amount (this must equal Club Fees screen, as a positive number), Confirm Refund Refund will post to CC Payment screen <esc> out of CC Transaction Summary and reservation will cancel RCC will display a screen “Reservation Cancelled” Table of Contents
