Enter name of member to search for their RCI account

CMD 23- FLOAT OWNER DEPOSIT

FLOAT – In RCC, adjust the nights from members and ensure to notate concord according

CMD42- FIXED OWNER DEPOSITS

From the Main Menu     CMD42- SPACEBANK DEPOSIT

• Type CMD 42

• Type the resort number

• Type the members account number (RCI ID) Hit Enter

• X Requested BY:

• Type Line # to transfer

• Type VE in the CMD Field

• Hit Enter

• Data Verfied. Press enter with CMD (AD) to transfer

• Hit Enter

• Confirm that you receive the “148 DEPOSIT ADDED FOR UNIT

Verify the deposit was transferred (CMD41)

FIXED –be sure to cancel the fixed week in RCC to RCI Exchange and notate concord accordingly

**ON ALL DEPOSIT, VIEW CMD41 OWNER ACTIVITY TO ENSURE THE WEEK WAS DEPOSITED ACCURATELY**

When you see the below message in RCI- Resortlink (send a message to Angel cc. Member Services Managers)- for the account to be added

Subject: Guest name, RCI # ,Please Add

Body: Please provide the following info.

Name:  Legacy Owner

Resort:  Brigantine Inn (5181)

Week #:  22

Unit #:  107

Once the email comes back as added, proceed with depositing Owner’s week in RCI thru Resortlink.

RCI does not accept the following units types (Oaks-HTL, Spas-MK)- We are not advertising these unit type to be booked individually but if owner request we will process the deposit.
