When I try to open my operator I receive the message “invalid register”. 

This most likely means that you are trying to open your operator at a different property and may even be trying to open it at central reservations. The example below is when the user is trying to open the operator’s register which is property specific, at the central reservations location, where it does not exist.

Please ensure that you are trying to open your operator at your property level. Make certain that the property you are working at is on the top of the RCC menu. This will then allow you to open your operator for the correct register, at the correct level.
