Look to see if the RCC icon is running in the toolbar at the bottom

If you hoover your mouse over the icon it will tell you that it is ‘RCC’.
If you can double click the icon, the menu should maximize. If this does not happen hold down the shift key and right click then choose maximize.
After that, click on the system menu on the RCC menu, at the top, and choose reset windows.
That will clear any corrupt window settings and you should be good to go.
